Marshall 425A 4 x 12 Angled Speaker Cab

Marshall Cabinets have long been the industry standard for stacks, even guitarists who haven’t been wise enough to buy a Marshall head seem to find their way back to Marshall cabs, as they always seem to produce a clean clear sound that makes any amp sound just how it should.

Crystal Clear Sound System

The 425 series of cabs were specially designed to go with the Vintage Modern range of amps, and the G12C speakers were tailor-made for the Jimi Hendrix Super 100JH. The 25W celestion green backs are designed to compliment the rich and balanced harmonic timbre of a vintage valve amp, the speakers have a much lower RMS than the normal Marshall cabs, so you can drive them much harder, getting that warm vintage tone.

Bigger is better

This is the top cabinet and is best if you just want to use one cabinet, but two angled Marshall cabs can give you a wider spread of sound, more mid-range definition and a lot more bass, running two on stage with one head can work wonders for tone and sustain.
